If any scenesters are reading this I have a question for you? Whats with your self proclaimed expertise in the art of music making? "(insert some not so indie band here) sucks!" Too many times have I heard that from your mouths. What makes your evaluation credible? Does being a mediocre band, orchestra, or choir student give you the right to condemn the works of other musicians? With a few exceptions, I have seen none of you succeed in those classes. You can have your own opinion but I believe that you shoudn't evaluate others' opinions so quickly. Different people have different tastes and their taste should be respected. Come to think of it, most of you scenesters dont really know much about music. I dont care if youve got 35468745646878(and much more) songs on your ipod or computer. What does that say about your musical taste? When you think about it, if you listened to the best music around then theyre wouldnt be much to listen to. Most of you scenesters seem more like the 1337 n00bs. Since you guys are such musical experts, why dont you tell me who Sir Yehudi Menuhin is or even Daniel Barenboim? Did you know that the opening riff of ac/dc's "thunderstruck" was ripped almost note for note from a passage in the Preludio of Bach's BMV 1006?
